This site is your guide to the weekend. Use the tabs above to find the schedule, travel tips, lodging options, and answers to common questions. We can't wait to celebrate with you.
— Ana & Eric
Our wedding will be held at Casa 8 at Bruma Wine Resort, a boutique winery tucked into the vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California.
The ceremony takes place outdoors under an ancient oak, followed by cocktails around the pool and a family-style reception under the valley sky.

Check your passport! Make sure it'll be valid for your travel dates.
Getting to Valle de Guadalupe is a two-step trip: a flight to the area, then a ~90-minute drive south to the valley.
For private transportation to/from Valle, we recommend Descubre by Intercell. For quotes and booking, WhatsApp Ricardo Camargo at +52 665 108 3918. For reference, here is Descubre's Facebook page.
We have been quoted the pricing below, but please confirm the final quote directly with Ricardo when booking.

If you're open to sharing a larger vehicle with other guests, mention the Wagner–Guiu wedding when booking; Ricardo can optionally help coordinate shared transportation, which may be more economical to split.
As an alternative, guests may rent a car at the arrival airport and drive down to the valley. You'll need cash (US dollars or Mexican pesos) for tolls along the way.
We'll provide transportation to/from our recommended accommodations and the venues on Friday and Saturday. Once your plans are booked, please submit the Travel Form so we can coordinate pickup lists and shuttle logistics. Exact Friday shuttle timing and pickup details will be shared closer to the wedding.
If you'll be exploring Valle de Guadalupe on your own, Descubre by Intercell is available for all your ground transportation needs. Ask for Ricardo Camargo using the WhatsApp contact above.
Finally, most hotels in the area can also arrange a taxi for you.
We've arranged room blocks and preferred rates at a few nearby properties. Please book early. Rooms are limited and some blocks release on a specific date. Valle de Guadalupe is full of beautiful places to stay, so if none of these are quite right, feel welcome to explore other options in the area.

Contribute on ZolaFriday welcome event: Friday evening will be cocktail-adjacent and slightly more relaxed than the wedding day, but still polished and festive. We suggest cocktail or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits or sets, dressy separates, lightweight suits, blazers or sport coats, tailored trousers, button-downs, and dress shoes. The event will be at a winery restaurant terrace from 5:30–8:30pm. The Friday venue has regular flooring, so heels are absolutely an option if guests would like to wear them.
Saturday wedding: Formal / Garden Formal. We'd love for guests to dress in polished, elevated wedding attire. Our celebration is outdoors at a winery, so please keep the setting in mind: think dressy and refined, but not black tie. For men, suits or suit separates are encouraged in lighter or earthy tones rather than tuxedos or very formal black eveningwear. For women, cocktail to floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates are perfect. Please also note that parts of the venue are outdoors with natural winery terrain, so block heels, wedges, or flats are encouraged over stilettos.
Yes. We'll provide transportation between the recommended hotels and the event venues on Friday and Saturday. Rústico Eventos will coordinate logistics in a WhatsApp group; opt in and share your WhatsApp number when you RSVP.
No, ride-sharing isn't available in Valle. Your hotel front desk can arrange a taxi for you.
Once your plans are booked, please feel free to update the Travel Form section on our website with your flight and hotel information. This helps us coordinate transportation throughout the weekend and, if helpful, connect guests traveling or staying nearby.
While we adore your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be adults-only.
Mid-September in Valle de Guadalupe is warm and dry: days in the 70s–80s °F, evenings cooler in the 50s–60s °F. We recommend sunscreen for the ceremony and a light layer once the sun sets. If you're staying for our pool party on Sunday, feel free to bring swimwear or pool attire.
Not at all. Valle de Guadalupe is well set up for international visitors, and English is widely spoken at the hotels, restaurants, and the venue.
Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Please make sure yours isn't expiring before the trip.
If you are invited with a guest, their name will be included with your RSVP. Unfortunately we are not able to extend invitations beyond those listed.
